Aero Engine Components Repair Jet Engine Repair

EDAC Aero Engine Components Repair has the capability to turn up to a 56 inch diameter and can provide services on shafts up to 14 feet in length.

We specialize in the precision machining and repair of Military and Commercial Life Limited and Major Rotating Components consisting of Disks, Shafts, Hubs, Airseals and Drums.

Our typical workscope is to receive the component, clean it, perform full dimensional and visual inspection to determine what repairs need to be made and also perform non-destructive testing for the presence of cracks. A quote will then be generated and forwarded to the customer for approval. Once approved, we will complete the repairs per the workscope of the quote. Upon customer receipt the component is ready for installation.

In-House Capabilities

All outside contracting for welding, plating and coating is done through our extensive local supply chain and that coupled with our in-house capabilities allows us the flexibility for extremely short cycle times.
